3. How soon can I expect my recommendations?

Depending on the service:
* Digital Home Styling: 5 – 15 days
* Home Product Research & Shopping Guidance: 2 – 7 days
* Home Lifestyle Consulting: 3 – 7 days

All plans are delivered in clear, easy-to-follow digital formats.

Each timeline is shaped by the size and depth of your project.
For larger or deeper projects, I share gentle progress updates along the way – at the beginning, around one-third, two-thirds, and again when the work is almost complete. These updates depend on the type of service or package you select.
This helps you stay informed without revealing the final work until it’s fully ready.



4. Do I need to buy expensive furniture or products?

Not necessary. My guidance focuses on practical, realistic, and budget-friendly solutions. I help you choose items that fit your style, space, and budget – so you only buy what you truly need.


5. Can I reschedule or cancel?

Absolutely. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment.


6. I’m overwhelmed with too many options – can you help?

Yes! That’s exactly why clients hire me. I curate, filter, and verify the best options so you don’t have to spend hours researching or worrying.


7. Can you recommend Malaysian sellers or online stores?

12. How does payment work?

Payment is simple and transparent. Once we confirm the service you need, I’ll send you an invoice with the exact amount – no hidden fees, no surprises!

For smaller projects, full payment is required upfront. (below RM350)
For medium to larger projects (RM350 and above), split payments are available. The final balance is due on the day the project is completed and before the final files or recommendations are delivered.
