Thank you for choosing our services! By using this site or working with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Scope

We offer home styling, staging, and care services either virtually or on-site, depending on your location and service type. If an in-person visit is needed, you may be asked to share your home address — this will always be handled with care and full transparency.

2. Communication

Most consultations are conducted through email, messaging apps, or video calls. If an on-site visit is required, it will be discussed and confirmed in advance. A small travel or service fee may apply for local in-person sessions.

3. Payments

To secure your booking and ensure smooth scheduling, all services require upfront payment:

Home Styling & Home Staging: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due before the final presentation or on-site appointment.
Home Care Services: Billed monthly and payable in full at the beginning of each service period. For short-term or one-time requests, full payment is required upfront.

Custom packages or extended engagements may be subject to different terms and will be discussed transparently before we begin.

4. Portfolio Use

With your permission, we may feature photos of your beautifully styled spaces in our portfolio or social media. No identifiable personal details will be shared without your approval.

5. Client Responsibilities

We appreciate your clear communication, timely responses, and willingness to share information (like measurements, photos, or layout) to help us serve you better.

6. Changes & Cancellations

Things happen — just give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

7. Privacy & Respect

Your personal details, including your home address (if shared), are treated with full confidentiality. We never use your information for any purpose outside of delivering the services you’ve booked.

8. Intellectual Property

Moodboards, styling guides, and other materials we provide are for your personal use only and remain the intellectual property of our studio.
