Thank you for choosing our services! By using this site or working with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Scope
I provide digital home styling, lifestyle consulting, and curated product recommendations.
All services are delivered online through email, messaging apps, or video calls.
If an in-person visit is ever required, it will be discussed transparently and confirmed with your full consent.
2. Communication
Most communication takes place through email or messaging for clarity and convenience.
Video calls may be used for consultations when needed.
Updates for medium or larger projects will be provided at key milestones to keep you informed without overwhelming you.
3. Payments
To secure your booking and ensure smooth scheduling, payment is required before the project begins.
- Smaller projects: Full payment upfront.
- Medium or larger projects: Split payments are available. The final balance is due on the day the project is completed and before the final files or recommendations are delivered.
- Quick consultations (eg. mini mood boards to personalised styling or lifestyle questions/guidance): Priced according to session length and payable in full before the session begins.
All fees will be clearly stated in your invoice – no hidden charges.
**Custom packages or extended engagements may be subject to different terms and will be discussed transparently before we begin.
4. Portfolio Use
With your permission, we may feature photos of your beautifully styled spaces in our portfolio or social media. No identifiable personal details will be shared without your approval.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, clients are encouraged to provide:
- clear communication
- timely responses
- accurate measurements
- photos, layout sketches, or any helpful details when requested
This allows me to personalise your recommendations effetively.
6. Revisions & Adjustments
Each service includes a specific number of revisions, depending on your selected package.
Additional revisions can be requested at an extra fee.
All revision terms will be outlined clearly before we begin.
7. Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Refunds or credits may be offered at my discretion, depending on how much work has already been completed.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal information, visuals, or details you share are treated with strict confidentiality.
Your data will never be used for marketing or shared with third parties without your consent.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided – including moodboards, styling guides, curated product lists, written recommendations, digital visuals and other materials ~ remain the intellectual property of Jo’s Home Solutions.
They are for your personal use only and may not be resold, reproduced, or distributed
10. Disclaimer
Recommendations are based on professional judgement, available information, and current product data. Product availability, pricing, and shipping are subject to change by external sellers or platforms.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, I cannot guarantee results beyond my control (e.g., supplier changes, delays, or product defects).
